Giving the dowry to the wife after the currency value change
A husband wants to give his wife her full dowry so that nothing remains owed to him. He married her in 1997, and her dowry is 100,000 lira. Should he give it to her as it is, or should he increase it?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: he must give her its value if the Syrian currency has changed significantly, and God knows best.
