Giving Ownership to the Wife to Prevent the Brothers from Inheriting
A woman and her husband live in America, and they have a house that they jointly paid for. They have no children to inherit from them, and the husband wants to register the house in the wife's name so that his brothers do not inherit anything from the house. Is this action permissible?

I say, and with God's help: Lifespans are in the hands of God Almighty, so no one knows who will die first. A person is allowed to manage their wealth as they wish, so it is permissible to name it after the wife, and God knows best.
