Giving Gifts After Completing Work

Question
I work in a steel manufacturing company, and there is a merchant who gives the workers gifts "perfumes" not in exchange for work but after completing a task because he is a merchant of these goods. Is this considered a bribe?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: these gifts are not considered bribes, and it is permissible to accept them, especially if they are with the employer's consent, and God knows best.
