Giving Charity from the Husband's Money Without His Knowledge
A husband gave his wife the freedom to take money for her needs, and she knows where he keeps the money. Is it permissible for her to take money without his knowledge for charity and other matters?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If he has previously declared that she has the freedom to take the money, then it is permissible for her to take it without referring back to him, and God knows best.
