Gifts Before Death
My mother passed away, and when dividing the inheritance, her children had given her gold gifts. Is it permissible for each one to reclaim their gift before the division of the estate?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: Gifts can be part of the inheritance and are divided among all; because the mother owned them, and God knows best.
