Fulfilling a Vow on Behalf of Others
The husband made a vow and is bound by it. Is it permissible for the wife to fulfill the vow on his behalf, and does it absolve him, or does it remain his obligation?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: The vow concerning money is lifted if the wife pays it with his permission, and God knows best.
