Fulfilling a Vow
How is a vow fulfilled, is it through ownership or permissibility? And how is that done?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to fulfill by ownership or permission. As for ownership, you give what you vowed to the one you vowed to with your hand, and permission is to feed the one you vowed to. And God knows best.
