If someone had to make up missed prayers, fasting, and expiations, then apostatized, and later returned to Islam, does he still have to make up those prayers and expiations, or does Islam erase what came before it?

Answer

I say, and with God's help: Whoever renounces their faith, may God protect us, is exempt from the obligations of worship; because Islam wipes out what came before it, and God knows best.
