Friday Prayer for Muslim Communities

Question
I work in a Turkish company in Moscow, where the Turkish community has no objection to praying, but the problem is that Friday prayer is performed in a separate room there, and no prayers are performed in that room except for Friday prayer. What should we do? Is our prayer valid or should we pray Dhuhr as a precaution? Please respond with evidence from jurisprudential texts.
Answer
I say, and with God's success: The Friday prayer is valid if the place is open to anyone who wants to pray, even if only a few pray there; due to the presence of the city and the permission, and God knows best.
