A construction worker worked for someone with the agreement that he would be paid in installments over three months, with a total amount of one thousand five hundred dinars. When he finished his work, he asked the employer to give him one thousand dinars in cash so that he could forgive the remaining amount. Is this permissible?

Answer

I say, and with God's success: this is a type of usury, and it is not permissible, and God knows best.
