Forgetting a Raka'ah in Prayer
If I am praying and forget a raka'ah, should I perform it, or should I continue and prostrate for forgetfulness?
Answer
I say, and with God's success, you must perform one rak'ah at the end of the prayer, then prostrate for forgetfulness. As for if you exit the prayer by doing something that contradicts the prayer, such as talking or others, you must repeat the entire prayer. And God knows best.
