Following a Fifth School of Thought When Unable to Adhere to the Four Schools
Allah Almighty said: {And bring to witness two just men from among you}[At-Talaq:2], is it permissible to follow a fifth school of thought that states that divorce is not valid except with two witnesses when it is impossible to adhere to the four schools in order to preserve the family?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is not permissible to deviate from the four schools of thought, and anything outside of them is contrary to consensus; because it is an odd statement that has no value, and God knows best.
