Fitr Charity for the Fetus
What is the ruling on giving Fitr charity for the fetus?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is not required to give Zakat al-Fitr for a fetus if it is born after dawn on the day of Eid, unlike if it is born before, in which case it must be given for him. And God knows best.
