Father Sells Apartment to Son on Installment

Question
A father sold an apartment to his son, and the son paid three thousand out of the total price of the apartment, which is nineteen thousand. Then the father rented the apartment to a family that pays two hundred dinars monthly to the son, and this amount is considered part of the installment payments for the apartment. Is this permissible, knowing that this son has siblings and the apartment is still registered in the father's name?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: This is an installment sale from the father to the son, and it is permissible, but it favors the son. If the son has a special condition that distinguishes him from his siblings, then that is acceptable. If he does not have such a condition, the father should treat all the children equally to avoid spreading resentment among them. And God knows best.
