Fasting While in a State of Janabah
A man, about four years ago, slept in a state of janabah until the afternoon of a day in Ramadan. What is the ruling on his action?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: Janabah does not contradict fasting, but it does contradict prayer. Therefore, due to missing the Fajr prayer, he incurs sin, and God knows best.
