Question
I am in my first months of pregnancy and am medically prohibited from fasting. In months (4, 5, 6), my condition could not handle fasting, and in months (7, 8, 9), I am also medically prohibited from fasting. Now I have to make up (10) days. I tried fasting but became very tired. I asked the doctor, and she prohibited me from fasting. Do I have to pay a compensation, and what is the amount for (10) days of breaking the fast?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: You can fast whenever your health improves, even if another Ramadan comes, and you are not required to make up for it, and God knows best.
