Fasting in Ramadan Without a Valid Excuse

Question
A young man works for a delivery company and experiences fatigue and thirst due to the long working hours, and sometimes he is unable to eat the pre-dawn meal (suhoor). Is it permissible for him to break his fast during Ramadan?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Fasting in Ramadan is for the harm of increasing illness and delaying recovery, and this is determined by the doctor. As for other reasons, it is not permissible to break the fast, and this is not an excuse for breaking the fast. God knows best.
