Fasting for Those Working in a Place with High Temperatures
If a person is fasting and works in a closed place with 5 gas appliances and 3 ovens... and the temperature in the place is very high, does he have permission to break his fast?
Answer
I say, and with God's help, working in a place with extreme heat does not permit breaking the fast, except if it reaches a level where one fears for their life or mental capacity due to fasting. In that case, it is permissible for them to break the fast, and they must make up for it on another day. And God knows best.
