Fasting for Pregnant Women in Ramadan
A woman who is seven months pregnant, what is the ruling on her fasting in Ramadan? Is it permissible for her to fast one day and break her fast the next day?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If she fears harm for herself or her child, it is permissible for her to break her fast as she sees fit and make up for it later, and God knows best.
