Fasting for Diabetic Patients in Ramadan

Question
An elderly woman with no provider and separated from her husband works in factories. When she fasts, her diabetes and blood pressure drop, causing her to feel dizzy and nauseous. She can only fast if she is sitting at home and comfortable. She requested permission from her factory owner to take a leave of absence from work only during Ramadan, but he refused. What is the solution? Can she break her fast and make up for it during her days off?
Answer

I say, and with God's help: It is not permissible for her to break her fast, and she must fast. If during fasting she fears for her life, it is permissible for her to break her fast, then make up for what she missed. And God knows best.
