Fasting for a Girl Who Became Pure During the Day of Ramadan
A girl who became pure from her menstruation during the day of Ramadan and took a ritual bath, knowing that she did not eat since dawn, is it permissible for her to complete her fast and consider it valid, or does she need the time for intention and should she remain abstaining like the other fasters?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: Fasting is valid if purification occurs before dawn; however, purification after dawn does not make the fast valid. A woman must refrain from eating if she is in Ramadan, out of respect for the month. And God knows best.
