Eyebrow Tattooing
A girl whose eyebrows were burned and hair did not grow in their place has tattooed them. What is the ruling on tattooing? And if it is forbidden, what is the ruling on her washing and prayer?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: Tattooing is never permissible, and what has been mentioned is not an excuse for its permissibility. The prayer is valid, and the ablution is also valid, as water reaches the face. And God knows best.
