My husband and I were in an intimate relationship when the dawn prayer was called, and we completed the intercourse. What is the religious ruling on this? Knowing that I am in a health condition that prevents me from fasting for sixty days, and our financial situation is poor? What is the ruling?

I say, and with God's help: Fasting for sixty days remains a debt upon you, and it can be done in winter when the days are short, and with sincere intention, God will make it easy for you, and God knows best.
