Question
I have been afflicted with this: I said, 'Every time I marry a woman, she is divorced,' and I intended the three (divorces). Is there a way out for me? For I read in the book 'Indian Fatwa' this sentence: 'If he says: Every woman I marry is divorced, and his marriage is a third party (intermediary) and he approves by giving the dowry and the like, she is not divorced.' The second: If a third party marries me and I approve by giving the dowry and the like, then I give the dowry or do something similar... does the divorce occur or not?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: This is a nice solution that can be worked with as long as it is mentioned in our jurisprudential books, and it is a way out of this problem, and God knows best.
