What is the ruling on eating raw veal without cooking, as is popular among the people of Syria with the dish 'kibbeh bil sanieh' made with lamb?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to eat meat without cooking it, and if it is harmful, it is disliked to the extent of the harm, and God knows best.
