Eating in Restaurants
I have an inquiry about eating in restaurants and open buffets, as there is a fatwa that prohibits this because the pillars of sale, such as price and item, are not complete. What is the ruling on this?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: There is a contract in it, and there is no dispute between the contracting parties, and therefore it is permissible without any difficulty, and God knows best.
