Eating at the Time of Adhan for the Fasting Person
In Egypt, we have the Adhan and the Iqama. Do we consider the Iqama to be the second Adhan?
Answer
The call to prayer is a sign of the start of the time, so the time to abstain from things that break the fast begins from the time of the call to prayer, not from the time of the iqamah, and Allah knows best.
