Eating and Gifts from Usury Money

Question
My son is an accountant and applied for a job at the National Bank, which is an interest-based bank, of course. I tried my best with him, but he continued with the tests and was indeed hired at the bank. Is his work at the bank forbidden, and is there any way to purify his salary from usury? And if he buys me any gift or gives me money, is it forbidden for me to accept it? And if he brings me food, is it forbidden for me to eat it since he contributes to buying some household supplies?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If your son's work in the bank involves usurious contracts or promoting profit, then his earnings are unlawful, and it is not permissible to eat his food or accept his gift. However, if his work is otherwise, his salary is permissible; because his work in itself is lawful. And God knows best.
