I say, and with God's help: Whoever works before the age of maturity and earns money is not obligated to pay zakat. Maturity in males is determined by wet dreams, and in females by menstruation. If these signs are not observed, then it is considered to be fifteen lunar years according to the fatwa, as mentioned in Tabyin al-Haqaiq (1: 252/253), and God knows best.
