Donating the Money of Vow

Question
A woman vowed to sacrifice a sheep if her son succeeded, and when he succeeded, she did not have the money for the sheep, so her father donated the amount, knowing that her father is in a different country than the one she is in. Is it permissible for him to sacrifice the sheep on her behalf? For example, can she delegate him to do that? May Allah reward you with goodness.
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to donate the money of a vow from a relative such as a father or a stranger. If the one who made the vow accepts this, it is valid, and the vow can be fulfilled with this money; because the one who made the vow owns the money after the donation, thus his vow is valid with it. And God knows best.
