Question
I had a harsh argument with my wife, and I divorced her three times while I was angry, and I separated from her after more than seven months. I consulted one of the mosque imams, and he said: If your wife was pregnant, nursing, or menstruating when you divorced her, the divorce does not count, and when I divorced her, she was pregnant. Now we are living together, four months have passed since this incident, what is the ruling on that?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: what this mufti said is not significant, but if your anger reaches a state where you act out of the ordinary in your behavior, such as hitting, cursing, or breaking something that did not happen, otherwise it happened, and God knows best.
