Divorce Due to Financial Situation
I have a brother who divorced his first wife because he didn't like her appearance and couldn't love her. Now he has proposed to a girl and has written the marriage contract with her, but he wants to divorce her due to financial issues. Is he sinful for this divorce, as there is no convincing reason for it?

I say, and with God's help: Every action that causes harm and injury to others is sinful for its doer, and it appears that his actions harm other women. Therefore, he must fear God Almighty regarding them, so that God may have mercy on him if He has mercy on others. He should remember that the most hated lawful thing to God is divorce.
