Divorce Conditional on a Condition
My son is married and has his own house and independent life, and my husband is present and is the primary and final responsible for my daughters. My son refuses his sister to work, and in a moment of anger, he swore an oath of divorce on his wife that she should not allow his sister to return to her work, but she did return because her father is responsible for her. Does my son's divorce to his wife take effect?
