Divorce Commentary During Anger
A husband swore an oath of divorce to his wife that he would not eat from his mother's sacrifice while he was angry. What is the ruling on that, knowing that he has divorced her several times in vain?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: This is a conditional divorce, which takes effect upon the occurrence of the condition, and he should consult the mufti to understand its implications, and God knows best.
