Distribution of the Inheritance
There are two thousand dinars of inheritance from the deceased for his wife and children, some of the children are living at home, and some are married. Should the inheritance be distributed equally so that each one takes his share, or should those in the same house use their money for living expenses, or should it be saved for them for the future?
Answer
The answer: I say, and with God's success: Each one of them should be given his legal share of the inheritance, and the share of those in the house can be spent on household expenses, and God knows best.
