Distribution of Inheritance in Life with Exclusion of Some Heirs
I am a woman who has properties in my name and I have sons and daughters and a mother. Is it permissible for me to register all my properties in the names of my sons and daughters, both male and female, while I am still alive, and not give anything to my mother?

I say, and with God's help: It is better for you to keep it in your name and give the children what is sufficient for them, while allowing it to be registered in their names without your mother, especially if your mother is not in need.
