Question

My aunt passed away and she has no husband or children. She has two full brothers, one of whom passed away before her and has children. She also has four full sisters, and one brother and two half-sisters. How is her inheritance distributed, and do we, the children of her deceased full brother, have a right to the inheritance?

Answer

I say, and with God's success: The living full brother and the full sisters inherit it, and the sons of the deceased full brother do not inherit, nor do the half-brothers, and God knows best.
