Distribution of Charity for the Poor for the Keepers of the Holy Quran
Some people entrusted someone to distribute charity to the poor. Is it permissible for him to give the amount to a girl who memorizes the Book of Allah, to encourage and motivate her to continue, knowing that she is complaining of financial difficulties?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is permissible to pay her; because she is poor and thus falls under the mandate, and God knows best.
