Is the dissolution between spouses by a communist government like China valid, knowing that the judge is non-Muslim and the ruling was issued on paper without the husband's presence?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: It is considered if the ruling of annulment is in accordance with Islamic law, even if it is not issued by a Muslim judge, and God knows best.
