Disowning the Disobedient Child Who Insists on Their Sin
A lady residing in America has a 15-year-old daughter who behaves as if she is American. The law prevents parents from controlling their children to the extent that she called the police on her mother and left the house a week ago. What is the ruling on the mother disowning her daughter before Allah, and expecting that the government will take her?
