Disbursing Zakat for Purposes Other Than What the Donor Intended
My brother helped me two years ago with his Zakat money, and he told me: 'Use it for planting,' meaning I should use his Zakat money for agriculture. Is it permissible to use it for another purpose?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: You are allowed to dispose of it as you wish after you have owned it; because it has become your property, and God knows best.
