Direct Connection of Night Prayer to Isha
A woman prays the night prayer directly after Isha, so she prays one or two rak'ahs after the Sunnah, sometimes she verbalizes the intention and sometimes she does not verbalize it. Is her night prayer in this manner valid?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is permissible to perform the night prayer immediately after the evening prayer, and it should not be less than two units (rak'ahs), and verbalizing the intention is recommended, and God knows best.
