I say, and with God's guidance: It is not permissible for the judge to force the husband to separate from his wife if he has become unable to engage in sexual relations after being able to do so. However, it is the man's religious duty, if he is unable to fulfill his wife's right to sexual relations and she wishes to separate, to divorce her and not to wrong her so that she does not fall into temptation.
