Dhuha Prayer on Eid Day
Is there a صحيح حديث (authentic hadith) that states that the Dhuha prayer is not performed on Eid day, as it is considered a substitute for it?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: There is no known hadith with this meaning, but there is a prohibition against praying in the Eid prayer area before the Eid prayer, and God knows best.
