Determining the Time of Dhuhr

Question
What does the time of Dhuhr mean until the shadow reaches its equal or double, excluding the noon shadow? I hope you can specify that for us by the hour, as Dhuhr in Egypt is at 12, Asr at 3, and Maghrib at 5:30?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: The time for Dhuhr continues until everything reaches its equivalent or double: that is, if the length of an object is one meter, then the equivalent is that the length of the shadow reaches one meter, and if its length is two meters, then the shadow should reach two meters. Additionally, the noon shadow is added, which is the shadow of an object when the sun is at its zenith, and it is the shortest shadow that everything reaches during its day. The difference between the equivalent and the double can be determined by the hour using one of the prayer time apps, and it is estimated at an average of 40 minutes, and God knows best.
