Delegating a Third Party to Work Without the Knowledge of the Main Employer
I work in an online educational institution, where I write exam questions. Due to certain circumstances, I delegated my friend, who does not work in writing questions, to do it for me, without the institution's knowledge. I am aware that I give him his full financial due. What is the ruling on this delegation to my friend to write the questions without the institution's knowledge?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If you are the one assigned to write the questions, it is not permissible to delegate others without the institution's permission for this work; because you are personally accountable to the institution, and God knows best.
