Delay of Zakat
Mohsen has a date farm and gives his zakat in kind from the dates at the time of harvest in the month of September each year. Is it permissible for him to delay the zakat until the month of Ramadan by storing the dates in refrigerators until Ramadan, seeking more reward and considering the people's need for these dates in this blessed month?
