I say, and with God's help: It is forbidden to delay the prayer beyond its specified time, and you must take all the means, such as sleeping early and others, in order to perform the Fajr prayer on time. You must repent from that and commit to prayer, so that your heart is not sealed due to committing such a great sin. And God knows best.
