Defects That Do Not Affect the Sacrifice

Question
What is the ruling on sacrificing a ram whose horn was intentionally broken so that it does not harm its head? Is it permissible to sacrifice a ram that has been castrated?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to sacrifice an animal with a broken horn as well as a castrated one; because they are not considered a deficiency, and God knows best.
