I say, and with God's success: It is a condition for dealing in the stock market and others that the contracts comply with Sharia by being free from usury and ignorance, and that possession is realized, and that the subject of the sale is from the permissible things, and so on. It is permissible if it complies with Sharia, and it is forbidden if it contradicts it. Therefore, it is necessary to mention the form of the transaction in it to know the ruling, and God knows best.
